Another Beautiful Day at the Park!!

Yesterday was a busy day -- I posted for Our World then had an MRI at the local hospital  -- isn't it fun getting old????? Then I realized I needed groceries if I was planning on eating anytime soon!! So I went shopping!! Consequently, I'm taking you back to the park with me today!  These old trees with the really "knotty/knobby" trunks are amazing and comforting, too, my old joints aren't alone!!  Anyway, I hope you enjoy these and I'll get it all back together soon!!

If you wish to travel far and fast, travel light. Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness, and fears.

Oooo! They really are knobbly Sylvia, wonder why some trees get like that ? Sounds like you had a busy day, have a quieter one today if you can :)

Oh, I'm not an MRI fan, I have one yearly to keep tabs on the MS. Today will be a good one for you to rest up. Such a beautiful park, the knobby trees are cool, and by the size of them, I expect quite old! Lovely shots!

...hope that was just a routine check Sylvia?!

Meanwhile, these trees are wonderful; the last one reminds me all too much of what appears in the mirror in the mornings...eechhhh. YAM xx

Boy, Sylvia, our knotty old joints are still kicking ... that's a good thing. Love old trees ... admire their beauty and tenacity. Hope the MRI was just a precaution :)

MRI Scan, Sylvia? I hope you're OK? I love the knotty trees, like something from a ghost story. Jo

I hope you are okay. If not, I hope you are okay very soon! They are very knotty, but it makes them interesting.

You could show this beautiful park every day as far as I'm concerned -- no need to apologize.

I hope you are OK and the test results come back without showing a serious problem.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
