Our World

Welcome to Our World!!! Share the beauty of your
world with us and enjoy the beauty of others
worlds as well!!  I have company from out
of town and won't be available to visit as many sites
as I would like to, but I wish you a great week -- one with
your camera in hand, of course!!
Ah, it's always fun to revisit those favorite places and times!!

You look very regal in the header created by your friend from Mumbai! You are a great source of inspiration for her!
Thanks for your visit, Sylvia! I hope that you will have a week just as sunny as we are having here now.

A wonderful place for a delightfully scented walk. Your spiders are spinning early, I did not see any webs here until winter had already started.
Hope you are having a wonderful week.

Nice spider web - I think of them as a sign of autumn in Melbourne - that can't be the case with you yet!

I couldn't agree with you more ... it is wonderful revisiting old favorites. You pictures are beautiful and you are so clever in matching them up with quotes that fit. Where oh where to you find all of your quotes? You are wonderous ...

The spider web photo is amazing Sylvia. We have very iffy internet while we're traveling so I haven't been able to visit you every day, but I catch up when I can. (Here it is light so long in the evenings I don't get sleepy until forever...so if we have internet it is wonderful to catch up with my blog friends in the evening when we are in camp for the night.)

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
