I also feel better now! I hope the lion didn't harm the man in the tent. The wet paint is the least disastrous!
Thanks for visiting dear Sylvia!

Oh dear! Those are great don't-try-this-at-home reminders! At least the lady has a red jacket on :)

"You're doing it wrong" cracked me up Sylvia!!!

Loved your OWT post with all the autumn colored flowers. So pretty. And the mountain peak....extraordinary.

Well, I sees luck in all those situations. The first guy at least kept his boat dry, the crane missed the house and rotunda, the guy with the coffin kept his passenger safe, the person in the tent had one of those rare encounters with wild life that others just dream about, and the lady on the bench matched the paint. I call that lucky.

It looks like "Fail" all around. Love the first one and the second one must have scared the heck out of a lot of people.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
