Gorgeous skies, as always, Sylvia. My dogs are getting extra attention this week as we can't go for walks due to the cold, and I'll give them an extra pat from you. Have a great weekend!

Wonderful collection of Portland's changing skies ... it really is an interesting time of year around here. Even on cold cold days like today. We didn't get any of Portland's snow and ice down here on the other end of the Valley and have to say I hope it stays that way. I am glad you are staying IN and are cozy and warm. I wouldn't go out in that weather either.

I like the first two quotes this morning. I, especially sense Allingham's words. Nice photos! It's great to be back visiting fellow bloggers. Here's hoping your #SWF is a fototastic day!

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
