Things Are a Little Better!!

Things are a little better, but the problem isn’t completely solved and I’m not sure when or if it will be!! That would be a great Christmas present though!!!
Hope all of you have a great holiday week!! Enjoy!!

Hi, I am so sorry that this has happened to you. And I cannot believe that someone out there can't help you. Can you just start from scratch with a new blog? You could keep this one for awhile --and once you get a new one set up, you can put the new URL on this blog--and all of us can find you there.

It looks like your sidebars are all messed up... SO--take out the sidebars and go just with a post (keeping it simple)... Just a suggestion. Wish I lived closer. I'd try to help.

Bless you, my Friend. I hope you don't give up. I love your posts and will miss them terribly if you quit...

Merry Christmas Sweet Lady.
Hugs,
Betsy

One day at a time Sylvia!!! Did you know that you can import all the posts from here onto a new blog, then you can start over? Blogger Help pages are very useful... Hugs, YAM xx

Now that I think of it, I had something similar happen to my blog once. In my case, there was something I accidently did wrong regarding an html code within a post. It misaligned the sidebar. Even though it might have nothing to do with your situation, I thought I should mention it just in case. I can’t remember what the problem code was but if you have something you cut and paste regularly into each post perhaps you could try an older version prior to you having problems and insert that into the new post.

Anyway, I don't want to make things worse so please ignore if you think this is not the issue.

Hi Sylvia. Maybe you should choose a new template for your blog, since there seems to be something wrong with this one.Just go into your Dashboard, click on your blog, and then on Template. Select a new template and apply to your blog. Your content will be preserved. Maybe this can help.

It's lovely all the good suggestions you are getting. I would be in the same boat as you if something happened to mine. (I just write on my blog I don't really know how it works. Sort of like how I drive my car, but I couldn't fix it if it broke). But just like with the car, we shouldn't really have to be our own mechanics. There has to be the right person somewhere out there who can help you. Don't let anyone tell you you're too old. That's illegal and immoral and just plain wrong.

Oh, now the robots ate my comment!
Let's see if I manage to post.
In the meantime, the best of luck to you,

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
