Begin by standing on a
comfortable surface, where you have plenty of
room on each side.
With a 5-lb potato bag in each
hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long
as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
Each day you'll find that you can
hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up
to 10-lb potato bags.
Then try 50-lb potato bags and
then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each
hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute. (I'm at this
level.)
After you feel confident at this
level, put a potato in each bag.

yes, i've heard this one before. :)
That's good! I don't think I could lift one potato in a bag right now. One potato, two potato, three potato...aw, you know what I mean.
You got me, Sylvia. Bwahaha!
LOL!. Holding arms out to the sides is difficult for any length of time - it's a warm up in my martial arts. Have a great weekend, Sylvia!
Oh my goodness....this cracked me up. What a riot. And, trust me, I didn't see that comin'.
Have a joyful holiday!!
I was expecting something profound after the fifty pound bags, and certainly not potatoes.
Hi Sylvia!
Fabulous!
Hope you are having a great time! Sorry for the long absence, but it was a harsh 2014...
Anyhow, enjoy the second half of my post on Valencia, Spain, with some old buildings around!
Wish you a great Easter and all the best!
You are a hoot, Sylvia.
Funny!
And the kind of exercise I would enjoy!
