Spring is here inall shapes and colours. My Japanese Cherry and my crabapple are in full bloom. They are s beautiful, like your flowering bushes. Have a great spring, Sylvia.

Those floral shots are fantastic...such colors and sharpness! I think Mr. Wright might want to rethink that comment if he had experienced the tornado that hit down just a few miles from us the other night. :)

Lovely flowers are springing up in my neck of the woods too. I agree with the quote about “studying and loving nature” but nature can sometimes kick back and harm us as it did in Nepal recently … so a healthy respect for nature’s ferocity would also be on my list.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
