Beautiful shot Sylvia. We did our beautiful places thing yesterday. Today after church we are going to a nice air conditioned movie!

Well, if the sunshine stays with us the rest of this day, I will certainly take your advice and go out to a beautiful place. We have had so much rain ... not a day has passed in weeks that we didn't get a little more wet (and yesterday, it was a lot more wet). I hate to complain in view of the fact that California would love to have our rain (and I would love for them to have some of it), but mowing the lawn every third day because it grows so fast when it is nice and wet ... not my idea of how I want to spend my summer. And as for Benjamine ... I wish he would tell that to our congress and Supreme Court so we could go about our business of pursuing :) I love your beautiful spot, Sylvia ... hope you have a wonderful week.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
