I agree, Autumn is the grandest time, a time of cool crisp air, foggy lakes and migrating birds ... in the analogy, fall is indeed the time when years of experience can bear it's fruit. What a wonderful, thoughtful post, Sylvia ... Enjoy this day of rest :)

I love these shots, Sylvia - that first one is so lush with so many shades of green, and the birds in the last one are perfect. I love autumn with its crisp mornings, breaking out the sweatshirts again and thinking about the first snow. I hope you're having a great weekend!

Autumn is certainly beautiful but I think Mr. Camus is doing some withful thinking with the "every leaf is a flower," bit! Heh, heh. We don't have worry about such stuff down thisaway! Hope your Sunday is the kickoff to a great week!
Such beauty to feast the eyes on! Although, I am not quite ready to see our trees bare. If only fall would last longer!
