The Beauty of Autumn

I cannot endure to waste anything as precious as autumn sunshine by staying in the house. So I spend almost all the daylight hours in the open air.

Glorious Sylvia, you wouldn't think it possible to capture so many shades of autumn in one image.

Beautiful autumn shots, Sylvia - trees will be turning here soon. Have a wonderful weekend, I'm going to be doing lots of yardwork, replacing a couple of dead trees.

Oh wow! Great series. And this is the way it looks up your way now? So nice. It was 91 degrees here yesterday, but we're looking to cool down in the 60s tonight! Yea!

I love your pics. It is nice and cool today. I'm taking the kid to his Improv classes and then headed to a park with my gimpy leg and camera to take some pics.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
