My World

HOORAY!!! My world finally had a sunny, mild day and I’ve giggled and laughed all day!!  I’m sure it won’t hang around for too long considering it is still just February!
But I’ll take what I can get!!
Even the ducks were out while I was visiting my favorite old park and it was fun to see them again!!
I hope all of you have a great new week!!
Laugh, love, enjoy!!!

Great quote by Christie! Beautiful photos. So glad you got some nice weather. It's cold here...in the 40s this morning! And it's going to be that way all week, but the sun is shining and that helps!

Hope your week is off to a wonderful start!

So happy you had a chance to get out and about Sylvia, a sunny day in winter is like a rainy day in summer.. oh how I wish we would have that rainy day :) I absolutely loooove that last quote, you know how to make me smile :)

Great quotes today, I still think we need to play and we all need to think our own minds. I'm staying in for lunch today. I can take cold but the wind and the dust are swirling around downtown.

Great photos Sylvia! I always try to get photos of turtles on our lake here, but they seem to be smarter than me. They always seem to slip into the water just as I am getting there.

I would love to walk under the beautiful trees :)

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
