Different But Fun!!!

I hope all of you are doing well!!  I'm in a bit of "overwhelm" as my son and daughter-in-law have provided me with a awesome space in their home -- just for me!!!  I also have an awesome new computer with access to incredible music!! And it's all my choice! And my own bathroom, too!!!

I hope to be back on my blog soon and look forward to sharing more with you!!

Enjoy your weekend -- what's remaining of it!!!

Oh so wonderful to hear from you Sylvia -- this sounds just wonderful. Sending huge Texas-style hugs to you. What part of Texas is it? I remember from when we stayed there several winters and traveled in the state that it seemed like there are at least half a dozen completely different areas . It's big enough to be seven states, that's for sure!! Have fun.

Nice. That is cool that they provided this place for you ---and it sounds like you almost have your own little apartment there...that is a good kind of overwhleming.

Nice to "hear" from you again, Sylvia - as great as it is to visit family, I can understand about being ready to get home after a long time away.

Gee, it has been forever, Sylvia. I have lost track if you are in Texas or back in Seattle. Be well if you can't be good.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
