Oh, Sylvia, thank you for posting geese! For years I lived where I could see them each spring and autumn, and now I never do: they fly above our cloudy skies.

The sunsets are gorgeous too: thank you for these!

They ARE beautiful. The last one looks like a painting.

Oh, beautiful. O haven't seen colors like that since leaving Alberta - almost a chinook green. and the geese. You keep posting photos like this and you're going to have all of us on your doorstep with our belongings tied in a kerchief on a stick.

Gorgeous skies and sunsets. Here on the island, ours are getting rosy red with the winter sky.

Those are gorgeous! There's nothing like seeing the sun set (or rise) over the water. Nicely done!

These are all beautiful, but I especially like the composition of the last one!

Thanks for posting these; I'm in a Prop-8-induced funk, and need these little reminders of the beauty of the world to help me move on.

Peace, -R

I can't decide which is my favorite. Every time I think I've decided, I have to think again.

With your skies, I applaud the new dawn for the US of A!
I so wish I could hear the geese honking as they fly overhead.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
