That's My World!

That's My World is hosted each week by Klaus and the My World team, Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and me. Click on the icon and share your world with others from all over Our World! So! How is your world this week? Have you taken time to see the beauty there? What is it about your world that makes you smile or laugh or feel grateful for?

It's hard to believe that it is already October! Time does fly whether you're having fun or not! But I have had fun lately even though I haven't been able to take as many pictures as I would like, but I did get some of my lovely world to share with you along with some of my favorite quotes to add some wisdom and humor to all of our day.

Love that is shared cannot be affected by time.  - Lee Jampolsky

by the ears, by the heels,
or any other way you can manage it.

Do the right thing. It will gratify some people and astonish the rest. - Mark Twain

Wonderful photos, fall really has stepped over the threshold where you are. Great colours and your seaside is so serene.

Fantastic photos - as usual! That "Do the right thing" quote is one of my favorite Twain quotations - funny, but so true!

Have a great week!

Beautiful autumn shots from your world Sylvia.

Nice to see your world images, and I did like your blog tittle very much "Sylvia from over the hill", does this mean you live "over the hill and far away?"

Sylvia, thank you for the wonderful photos of your world. And thank you for hosting the "My World" meme! :)

Beautiful and wonderful Autumn colours in the first.

You added Jampolsky to Mark Twain, another of my favorites, and beautiful shots. The garden reminds me of Butchart but there are many lovely gardens in the Northwest. Things grow there.

As I've often stated here, your world is just beautiful.

Mark Twain had some good ones, didn't he? :-)

Fabulous photos, Sylvia, again I think that your part of the country is so beautiful. Your microfiction below is too funny! Have a great week.

Yes it certainly does look like fall has arrived, even in Seattle. But at least you have relatively mild winters.
It's raining here very hard.

I love all of these -- the first one is a true stunner and rivals any fall color we are seeing here in New England!

Thanks Sylvia. You are getting some beautiful colors there! I spent a few weeks south of Munich about 40 years ago and enjoyed my time in Germany. It was mostly work, but weekends were free to roam, including side trips to Innsbruck and Salzburg.
