You found some wonderful sunny photos this week, Sylvia! I hope your weekend is off to a great start.

We can count of Sam to stand in the sun for a shadow shot and today he is rewarded with a wreath of flowers.

Another lovely collection - this week's favourite is the purple vase (is it one of those for growing a hyacinth in?)

I spy the photographer standing at the railing under the sun. A cute doggie has a trailing shadow that adds size to the canine. Your home is beautiful, the occasional sun strong - avoid the rain if it's possible!

The poinsettia shot reminds me of my December visit to Mexico--poinsettias were everywhere! I even saw some that were six feet tall, growing year round in people's yards.

IF YOU SEE A SHADOW

If you see a shadow
And want to keep it near,
Point your trusty shooter
(Make sure the lens is clear);
Press with care the shutter,
Do not slam or sock it—
Then you’ll have a photo
To carry in your pocket!

I like your collage, with the balance of colours. I like the angle on the top left, but love that your specs snuck in on the red shadow on the bottom left. Thankyou for visiting, and commenting.

Another fabulous collage if shadows! That's what I call 'eye candy'! I love the one of you on the deck! Well, I love all of them, really!
Looks like tomorrow will be a bit stormy for you in the PNW, so I hope you got to enjoy some sunshine for a spell!

I always have trouble picking a favorite from your assortment each week, but I think I like the eyeglasses in the lower left corner this time. The top center is fun, though!

Some wonderful shadows again of your coloured glass and dog in a field of daisies . . in midwinter? All nicely done.

I perchance clicked on a link of one of my posts and re-read the comments. Somehow I had not thought that you were my sister's age, you always give a much more youthful impression.

Top middle ShadowShot is my favorite. I imagine the shadowy figure just finished her second cocktail and is looking out over the balcony onto a sandy beach where her love is walking barefoot, beckoning her to join him. Ahhhhh.
