Wow! You have some amazing photos of reflections! I haven't even gone through my archives yet to find a photo to contribute! You are on the ball!
The first one is so beautiful... but I'm biased : I love sunsets... The second one is very refreshing ; I'd like summer to come so badly now, since I'm fed up with winter (not my cat, hein... The season, of course). The last one is simply terrific : I enjoy so much what we call in franch those "vieux gréments"...
The reflections are beautiful and I love those old ships!
Have a great weekend Sylvia!
I really like all these reflection pictures. The blue in the second one is amazing, and the picture of the tall ships is a work of art.
I hope you have a great weekend.
Three very different reflections, all beautiful, Sylvia. And maybe Albert has the key to why we are so keen on these memes... it toggles the child in us. I like that thought.
I find peace and tranquility on the first two shots! How lovely the reflections are!
I would love to see those tall ships and you have reflected them perfectly!

Beautiful! Especially the first one!
As always Sylvia I find myself gazing at some beautiful scenes!
The quotes made me smile today. I especially love the Toomer one.
Have a wonderful weekend!

The two first shots offer peace, and the last one a lot of things to discover!

What beautiful photos - and I love the quotes you used!
Bonjour dear Sylvia,
I think I prefer the first one, mainly because I miss beautiful sunsets like this one and In fact, I NEED some sunshine...I hate this weather here.Oh Okay, I agree...sorry for this bad mood today, it's all about the cold rain!
BUT, I'm also in love for the last shot.I love ships and this picture is a beautiful postcard, reminds me paintings!Very well done!
As you said, we all want a sunny weekend.I will be very positive!
Thanks for this lovely post,
hugs

Sylvia, your photos are beautiful, and I find your quotes this week equally true and wonderful. Thank you for the inspiration, visually and literally.
Great shots! Wonderful entry on the theme, Sylvia.
Oh to be on one of those sailboats! ;-) Happy weekend Sylvia!
They are all so pretty Sylvia! Enjoy your weekend!
Thanks for the blue sky and green leaves Sylvia! I missed them so much.
Have a nice weekend:)

Great reflections! I love the boat :-)
I like those sail boats in the first shot, that looks like a lot of fun!
Beautiful images. How lovely it would be to go for a sail in one of those ships on a warm summer afternoon.

Weekend Reflection
Lovely series of images Sylvia. Can't choose a favorite -- I like all of them.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Saigon was spared much of the turmoil in 1966.
Lovely all Sylvia -- the second from the last looks as if I could have taken it here in Florida (except you know it's a better picture than I'd take).
Good Morning, Sylvia! Your photographs are so vivid. The last one with the boats is my favourite! I hope you have a good weekend.
Great photos n quotes to go with them.
wonderful work!!
have a great weekend. :)
Lovely, lovely reflections and so are the quotations. They are very calming.
I love the last one!
Blessings!
My favorite is the middle one. I always look at the land; you remind me to look at the water.
It is a beautiful specimen of a sailing vessel you have caught here. I wish I could have seen her! Thank you for sharing :-)
You must have done serious researches to find blue sky, lol ! Love the sailing ship, I wished I could sail maybe not around the world but just a bit.
Beautiful reflection shots and my favourite is the first one.
Beautiful reflection shots and my favourite is the first one.
beautiful pics
Enjoyable photos, enjoyable post. Thanks.
All the best, Boonie
Great photos Sylvia. I especially like the one with the sailing ships. I don't know what it is but I've always liked sailing ships (looking at them, I mean.)
Great quotes also, I especially like the Chesterton quote. I think the best photos, paintings, and images are the one that go right to the heart.
Take care Sylvia, from snowbound Oklahoma.
Gorgeous and excellent reflections!
I love the second one especially.

Thank you for your magnificent photos!

I love the sunset photo and the gorgeous water reflection! And I love G. K. Chesterton! Hope you are having an enjoyable weekend, Sylvia!
The dipping Sun
rippling trees
or reflections in water?
white sails multiplied
floating near the harbour
what joy that brings...
Happy Weekend
I do love each and every image and quote! Thank you.
All your pictures are stunning! And the quote by Einstein is so wonderfully true.
