Weekend Reflections

Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine.

Anthony J. D'Angelo, The College Blue Book

It was a very Happy Birthday!! Thank you, Adam!
Weekend Reflections is hosted by James each week beginning Friday at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. It's another wonderful way of opening your eyes to new and different kinds of beauty. Click on the web address under the blog title and sign up to play with us!

Hope you've all had a great week! Mine has been busy celebrating a birthday! Mine! What fun! And I have a doctors appointment this morning, so I'll be a little late checking out your reflections for the day, but I'll get there! My son and I spent time at the harbor and the Sanctuary yesterday and I had a wonderful birthday -- as you can see and the people in the reflections seem to be having fun, too!! So, some old and a new shots for the day with more new ones next week!  Wishing you all a lovely weekend!!

The happiness of life is made up of little things; a smile, a helping hand, a caring heart, a word of praise, a moment of shared laughter. We are most alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures.

 Thornton Wilder

A perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are singing, and the lawn mower is broken.

Its nice to see your golden smile and your beautiful blog. I have been off blogging for almost two months.

A real hell of a year would be a year without summer AND constant sounds of lawn mower and leaf blower. Yeah, and no love either. Happily, you don´t look like being through that.
