Shadow Shot Sunday!

Get out the magnifying glass, get into your best sleuthing clothes and start prowling your environment looking for those wonderful, but sometimes elusive shadows. This fun and challenging meme is hosted each week by Tracy over at Hey Harriet! Click on the link under the blog title and sign up to play!!

When I got up this morning and saw the gray and the rain, I started looking for the color for my day in my summer captures and it was fun, so I'm sharing some of them with you today. Guess that's one of the great things about having file full of the fun, colorful things -- they do lighten up a dark day! Add a little humor and you can put aside the grim things! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!

With your desk by the window, and the nice view outside, how do you get any work done?? That garden is stunning, Patti and I would love to replicate that garden, but other activities preclude this pursuit :(

Have a great week!

Thank you for the glimpse of the world outside your window, Sylvia. Now my imagination is running!

FOR LOVE OF SHADOW

Tell your shadow that you love her,
Spurn your shadow, if you dare.
Keep your shadow out of darkness,
Keep her in the sun’s harsh glare!

You have such a spectacular view from your desk! I'm surprised you get so much done! I would be spending far too much time staring out that window daydreaming.
So lovely!

Oh your desk is empty! :)
You should see mine - total chaos!
Every now and then I clean up but after two weeks several piles of paper/books/notebooks etc. have won over :)
But our house and me are clean! :)
Have a good week ahead.
ps. I'm happy that commenting is not a nightmare anymore. Change was good!
