Love the waterfall. Looks like it had recently rained when this was taken.

This is hard to do esp when you want to be popular.

Great photos, I always enjoy and good waterfall.

I love the Camus quote. I get asked by the young people at work about careers. I don't laugh at them. I tell them, you work until you don't want to work any more then you look back at the jobs you have had, and that is your career.

They think that is cynical. I think that is just life.

I wish I was there in any of the photos.

Wonderful waterfall photo, and another gorgeous sunset. I agree with you on the Christmas gift theme, a pity more people can't see it that way. Receiving a gift that is handmade by the giver is really special. In my role as Mistress Holly Claus, I hear little tots asking for gifts from Santa that will cost hundreds of £'s, and we know when they are going to get them too, the parents usually give a sign. Little tots asking for a Wii, computers, play-stations, real horses and ponies etc., Even Santa and Holly can't afford those things.

Sylvia: Those are really neat captures of your area of the country. I like the rounded crop.

You have THE most amazing window around the country, Sylvia.

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
