Our World Tuesday!!

Time for "Our World" again! This is a wonderful way to find the beauty, the fun, the good and even the bad things about Our World and to share them! Hope you will join us! Click on the link  to go to the Our World site and sign up!!

We're supposed to have some more great weather this week, but we'll see -- you know how weathermen lie!! It is always so beautiful at the beach when the sun does come out -- even if it's windy and chilly! And nothing like the moon peeking through the bare limbs of the trees!! Of course for me, my world is pretty much built around my kids and Sam Schnauzer and two of my kids - Adam and his fiancee, Amber, were visiting from Portland on Saturday! What a treat! My oldest daughter in Michigan sent me a terrific walker -- it's taken me a while to admit that one would be helpful!!! Adam put it together for me so I'm ready to roll!! And, to Sam's dismay, they gave him a shampoo and a haircut!!  Ah, life is good!!

What a gorgeous picture of you and your family, Sylvia … I love the big smiles. There is wisdom in having a happy attitude, as one of your quotes suggests. I was also very impressed with your header this time around and hope such an amazing honor does not go to your head! I think it would mine. :)

I'm glad had a wonderful visit with your son and his fiancee. Your first picture is absolutely gorgeous. I wish our weathermen were forecasting nice weather for us for the week ahead, but I hope your weathermen aren't telling you lies.

Beautiful images, I hope the weather man keeps his promise for sunny skies. The fog may lift here at the end of the week and we can get out of town for some pictures.
That looks like a great walker. It has a bag so you can carry things and I be it has a seat to rest on as well. It can be hard to accept but falling is not a good thing. Glad Adam was there to help assemble it.
Have a great week.

There is so much sunshine in the smiles of Amber , Sylvia and Adam, it really doesnt matter what weatherfolks say :-) And the walker looks really useful, with a place for the bag and everything.

What a great family reunion especially seeing the faces with great smiles!

And you got an early present, too!

You take care, and I love the blue color of your walker.

It may be chilly in your end, and we have the Santa Ana's too.

Take care!

Oh! What lovely photos and wonderful quotes to go along. Used to watch 'Happy Family' when I was young.

My thumbnail didn't appear at Our World Tuesday and I can't find an option to delete it. Is there anything I can do?

How lovely to have your caring family around you. Does your walker have a seat and a compartment under it where you can keep your water bottle and purse in a safe place?
My sister has one like that. Unfortunately she is not out of the woods by a long shot yet. Though hope is faint, we still hope.

Great pics and quotes but I love the last pic best. I'm glad you got to spend some time with the family. Amber is beautiful.

That is a nice walker that you have. I hope that it helps with your mobility.

Hi there - does your walker have four wheel drive? It could be useful if it does!

What a great beach - the mountains in the background look like they have been added in! But I know that they are real. Wow.

What beautiful photos especially the one with the moon. You are all so nice on this picture, I didn't know that you need a walker. I think it's a very good invention when it helps to get out of the house !

I love your selection of photos today, especially the moon through the trees. I am delighted to be joining in the meme this week. I hope to do so on a more regular basis as for the first time it is from my own photography blog.

The smiles are so radiant, Sylvia! And your new walker looks great! My mother had one that wasn't as sturdy looking, but it was light and easy to dismantle for our road trips. She wasn't keen on having to need it, of course, yet it gave her a mobility she wouldn't otherwise have had. Can't imagine Sam didn't like his pampering; my dog used to adore the attention! Finally, those are some awesome blue skies you captured this week. The moon behind the tree silhouette is a wonderful shot.
