We're enjoying some lovely, sunny, mild weather which has made me all the more excited about the approach of spring! My favorite things about spring in addition to the warmer weather and blue skies are the incredible, colorful flowers and trees and always the beauty of the water and a day at the beach!
Have a beautiful week!
Beauty, truth, friendship, love, creation - these are the great values of
life. We can't prove them, or explain them, yet they are the most stable
things in our lives.

Oh wow - that is sunny and spring-like. Meanwhile, most of Europe and all of Scandinavia is suffering from a bitterly Arctic cold snap!

A wonderful mosaic, Sylvia. A couple of years ago we were in your area in February, and stuff was already in bloom. We even got a sunny weekend to enjoy it!

Your world is definitely colorful, but I think that would be the case regardless of the blooms and sun... you bring your own brand of sunshine!

Have a wonderful week, chère Sylvia!

This has been a beautiful start of our week. I thought, the light has made all the difference. The warm temps helped for sure but the light is what exposes the beauty. Imagine a world without light.
"I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.-Jesus
I know you like quotes this one is one of my favorites.
I hope your Tuesday is a day full of light.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
