Turn your face to the sun.... That's whjat we are doing! Thank you!
Hi Sylvia, love all of your shadow shots, especially the doggie shadow!! The cyclones are way up north near Port Hedland so we're right out of it down here, but I'm really hoping that we'll get some rain as a result of it, it's been so long since we've had any. I fantasize about that beautiful smell when the first rains come.
What a gorgeous shot of your pup and the scenery behind him!!
Thank you, Sylvia for welcoming me with a warm prose, that give me warmth in my heart.
I am blessed too.
Happy SSS & a blessed w/end ahead.

absolutely love seeing these shadow shots, sylvia.
the shot of your pup and the scenery behind him is superb!
have a great weekend!
A nice assortment of shots. I can't wait until we start getting some flowers here. :)
The dog is really lovely. Regards
Oh your pooch is so adorable!! Those purple flowers covering the trees in picture #3 are so beautiful. Happy SSS & St.Paddy's Day too!
beautiful pup looking so happy in the sun!!
and all sorts of gorgeous scenery
I had a problem today with a Wordpress blog for the first time ever
it made me sign in with a Wordpress account I haven't used in a long time
it's a blog I comment on every day
odd and aggravating
Hope sends hugs
Oh is that you causing the early spring??!!
lovely shadows!
a very happy weekend to you!
Wonderful shadows formed. Very nice variety.
Love the first photo, with the sharp shadow in the foreground and the movement of water behind. Hope you are having a good weekend.
lovely sunny shadows lovely
Lovely photos.
Regards and best wishes
Sylvia, if that green is not the most wonderful shade of green I've ever seen. Remember the box of 48 Crayola crayons when we were kids and there was a 'spring green'? that was my favorite shade of green! Thanks for a heart warming smiling post!
just love your pup shot!
Hello Silvia, I adore these shots, the dog, posing in the shadows, especially the shadows:
Some lovely pictures.
Greetings.
Is that Mojo in the first photo?
When you comment on a wordpress blog, I think you can sign in with your FB login now.(See bottom right of comment window). Some company called Posterous has something to do with wordpress now, hence this new complication. All I can say, is that it is preposterous :-))
The dog in the first shot and the shadows in the second are precious, Sylvia. Be good!
Beautiful photos, their shadows are always very interesting, I love. Greetings.
Striking variety of shadows! Adore the proud, patient pose of the dog and shadows but also love the beauty of those flowering trees together!
Thank you for your shadow quote! I will include it with the SSS2 shadow quotes and a link to this post!
Love your shadows this week. Great quote on "turning your face to the sun"--wise words. Have a lovely Sunday. Mickie :)
I hate to say it but today is another Seattle day under a rain cloud shadow...Hey Sun, are you still up there?
Your pictures are great reminders that the sun will return.
The shadows here seem to have a life of their own!
You clever lady...You got your green for the big day. I really do like the shadow of the couple. Just the kind of thing to see on a warm and sunny afternoon. Hugs, genie
I love the dog pic, I also love the quote about loving and being loved is like getting the sun on both sides.
Have a great St. Patrick's Day Sylvia. Have some green beer and don't get pinched!!
WOW..Lovely..!
Lovely shadows, Sylvia, each for its own reason.
Blessings!
Mojo is magnificent! He sits tall and proud, his shadow equally so. A true canine beauty! The human shadows look as if they are a true team - their shadows show that affection, the true love...
Happy St. Paddy's Day to you, Sylvia. Your photos are just brimming over with spring. Yae!!!
Well done ! This is a nice set of shadows !
Gorgeous shadows! The one of the dog is my favorite.
That WPress thing is annoying isn't it?
Some wonderful shots, Sylvia! I love the pooch on the pier!
Love your series of shots..
these are all so beautiful!!
I love the description of feeling the sun from both sides... so true.
Your trees remind me of how beautiful your area is. Surely the trees and plants in bloom are stunning in the spring!
Bises,
Genie
I like the elf. No shadow shot but a shadow of mischief in his eye.
Happy saint Patrick day...not too late I hope!
Who's puppy is that and where was that shot? What a great image! I had trouble with leaving comments on Wordpress too. My solution was that I created an account and logged in. I didn't do anything else! Actually, I already had n account, but for some reason I had to log in (even thought it seemed like I was) and that did the trick.
Once again a lovely collection of photos, Sylvia! I love that dog!
I hope your weekend is going well. Greetings from a sunny, fine and warm Autumn Melbourne Sunday afternoon.
You do the shadow shots too well. Great pictures.
some gorgeous shadow shots in such sunny weather....
Just look at those beautiful trees blossoming!!! And the handsome, gorgeous fur baby!!! Love the mountain backdrop on that top image.
I like the idea of turning your face to the sun and leaving your shadows behind! Great advice!
You share some of the most beautiful sights ever. I look forward to my visit to see a new header so often.
I am envious-your redbuds are already blooming! It will be some time before ours do!
Watery shadows are seductive shadows!
