Inside out, or outside in - the beauty of your shadows no no bounds, mere walls do not inhibit shadowy artistry!

Beautiful shadowy pictures and quotes.
Like the Henry Ward Beecher quote the most.
The church he started is actually down on the same street we live on in Elmira, NY.
Cheers,

I like the tulips in the barrel. Mr. Beecher's quote is not especially manly, do you think?

Tulips in the barrels are so gorgeous as well as the shadows.

Happy SSS dear Lady and hope you have a great w/end.

The lacey curtain creates a fascinating shadow detail in the first photo! Great perspective! And love the touches of shadow in the lovely outdoor scenes!

Nice pictures with those beautiful flowers, but my favorite is the first with the excellent play of light and shadows.

Liked the pattern on the bedspread the best.

Lovely captures all, though.

Thanks for the visit and the well wishes. My surgery went well but will be a few weeks before the results are in on the biopsies.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
