Evening, Wisdom and Beauty

When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not
have a single bit of talent left, and could say, 'I used everything you gave
me'.

The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.

The true secret of happiness lies in taking a genuine interest in all the details of daily life.

Three nuggets from you today Sylvia. my Dad tells me not to expect any money he is going to run out of it. I laugh and tell him that go ahead, he can't take it with him.

what i love about these photos are that you will never get tired of looking at them. the coolness of yellow flowers to the magic of the moon in blue. :)

OMW Sylvia, can your headers get any better? I just LOVE today's. And Sam in the corner with his hmph! As a young woman I adored Erma Bombeck. She told women not to nag their husbands, and I am the most UN-nagging wife in the world. (My husband disagrees, LOL) I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to a blessed week. Hugs Jo

All three marvelous images but the moon in that fabulous blue sky gets my vote for NO 1.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
