Shadow Shot Sunday!!

Good morning Sylvia,

I finally returned. I love this meme, it's a matter of getting organized.

The amber glass in the first photo is really pretty. I'm wondering if it's a sculpture or a serving type thing on the table.

Always love your colored glass!

Divine rose Sylvia, and I love the colour in the first shot although I'm not sure exactly what it is?

Love the unusual glass in your first shot, and of course the beautiful green shadow in the last. Your rose is very beautiful too.

You always find such good quotes to caption your pictures, and all of them speak to me today especially - as I am trying to decide whether or not to retire at the end of this year.

That macro rose is just awesome, Sylvia. I like your quote about the past, present and future. Right now, I'm finding my present is the best time.

Is the first grouping a Chihuly? I have seen similar ones in his exhibitions.

Is that Dale Chihuly's work in the first photo? It's almost as good as your glass in the last. I hope that you are having a great weekend Sylvia!

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
