Such an amazing Fall we are having!! Still no rain, lots of sun and mild temps!! We must be living right in Seattle!! But the colors are beginning to show, the leaves are turning! Lots of beauty to enjoy, but not enough to take many photos of, so in the meantime it's back to last year! But soon -- I'm sure!!

Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.  Albert Camus
How beautifully leaves grow old.  How full of light and color are their last days.  John Burroughs

Oh I'm so jealous! I wish I could spend autumn up in the PNW. I'll have to wait until I'm retired! It's been hovering around 100 degrees here for the last few days. Ugh!

My part of the world seems to be turning brown rather than golden, not enough precipitation this year.

From Seattle to Vancouver in BC the weather has been fantastic. If the sunsets and leaves look as great as they did last year in your photos, we’re in for a great fall this year, too!

hm, you seem to have more red on the trees then we have. Ours is rather dull this year.
Wishing you a sunny week. :)

Love the fall colours. Our trees are starting to lose their leaves, but skipping the colour change. Maybe the hot sunny weather has them a bit confused. - Margy

Love that quote by Camus. Isn't that so true!

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company.
