Evening, Wisdom and Beauty!!

If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.

We do not see nature with our eyes, but with our understandings and our hearts.

Wow, absolutely amazing captures of color, light and contrasts. I love the swirly clouds, and the rose edged with aging.

Beautiful, and great quote from Mother Teresa.

I hope that you have a great Thanksgiving week. My dad is flying in tomorrow night, my brother is driving up from Texas Wednesday. I may not have much time for blogging, we'll see.

So beautiful -- your posts are better than any meditation...so relaxing and they always put me in a 'happy place."

I hope you're staying dry...it has poured steadily here for 3 days...it's a good thing they let the water out of the lake earlier, its gonna' fill back up!)

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
