If being insincere is exhausting then I know some politicians that should be prostrate ... and, in fact, I hope they are. AS for your higness(another great header) ... you are so gorgeous. I empathize with you having to go through everything. Moving is soooo hard physically and emotionally. I sure wish you the best. Keep smiling ... you make the rest of us smile so you should be able to as well :)

Such beautiful swirly skies -- I see one of your readers is worried about missing your Washington sky after you move. I have every confidence that Portland will give you much heavenly beauty too!! The quote from Thoreau above is absolutely appropriate for all the beauty you see and share with us.

I see that this is Sandy's last SWF as a host - I'd throw my hat in the ring - but (there is always a but) - I'm just about flat out with WBW!

Hope you find another co-host.

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
