Fifteen degrees would not sound so bad in many parts of my neck of the woods, Sylvia. I like the quote about renewable dreams at any age … hope for improvement is like a summer breeze. :)

That is SO cold for Oregon! There is over a foot of snow in Eugene (according to my family there!)

I heard it was really cold there! I am with you bring summer back. We had 8 inches of snow yesterday. Lovely mosaic! Stay warm and take care, have a happy week!

The cold hasn't hit us yet just the dark, gloomy mornings. Good to remember the sunny days of summer.

Oh, how lovely and look at those luscious roses!

It's icy over here - minus degrees but not too cold yet.

Lovely summer views Sylvia, but I am a "winter person", so I am enjoying the cold temps, and looking forward to lots of snow!

15 degrees! It is cold indeed. The minimum that goes here is 19.
Hugs Sylvia! Stay warm!

I miss them too:)
The snow has melted here in Stavanger, but we had snow and sunshine for a few days.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
