This was yesterday here in Portland!! Both shots were taken at my apartment complex!! Those white flecks on the side of the building are snowflakes! BIG snowflakes!
Hari Om Strewth! Mind you this morning here it was bright sun and WARM but as I type the gale is blowing and can't see the hills for the rain and mist... Spring is not yet here!! Nice to be on the inside looking out rather the other way round. YAM xx
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.

OMW Sylvia, I cannot imagine living in such cold conditions. I hope you're having a warm (indoors) day. Greetings, Jo

oh, boy! hunker down if you can!
Wow, we have some wild changes here. Unrelenting cold right now, cold foggy weather.
I love your new header.
Take care Sylvia.
You call that snow?? :)
Hi Ed! Well, here in Portland it's called snow -- we don't see it that often!! Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!
That's quite a difference!
Oh wow! Now, hopefully, in another week you'll go back to the way it was.
We finally got some sunshine and some warmer weather. Us Floridians have very thin blood so it doesn't take much cold to make us run indoors and hide!
In New England, they say, "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute."
Holy mackeral! What a difference a week makes is right!
Wow! That's like Oklahoma weather!
I must admit I like the first picture much better.
No way!! That's an amazing change Sylvia! Would be hard to believe if you didn't see it with your own eyes oui :)
Two seasons in a blink of an eye. Stay safe Sylvia :)
Oh my goodness! That's amazing!
Brrr I say. (Had similar photos from our Eugene son.. and they were without electricity for almost 48 hours on top of all that. BRRR.
