Welcome to Our World!!  My favorite time of

was peeking out the door and Mom flew off to bring him some breakfast!!  So fun to watch them!!

How strange that Nature does not knock, and yet does not intrude! ~Emily Dickinson,

Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished. ~Lao Tzu

The sun, with all those planets revolving around it and dependent on it, can still ripen a bunch of grapes as if it had nothing else in the universe to do. ~Galileo Galilei

Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~Khalil Gibran
I believe that there is a subtle magnetism in Nature, which, if we unconsciously yield to it, will direct us aright. ~Henry David Thoreau

Beautiful photos - the flowers in the first one are amazing. Nature doesn't have a subtle magnetism for me, it's a full-blown attraction!

Hi There, We are home from a trip to the gorgeous West VA mountains –where we celebrated our anniversary… I’ll be blogging about this time for awhile –since it was so special.

I love that little Chickadee.. We have them here year 'round... Such adorable little birds. Love the comments about Nature not knocking yet not intruding....

It is always exciting to see new baby birds. One of Heather's pots in the front porch hosts two or three sets of mourning dove nests ever year.
