Sky Watch!!

Welcome to Sky Watch!! Time to share the beauty of  our skies and at this time of year there are some real beauties!! Enjoy!! This first pic caught something a little strange, but I liked the clouds and the light anyway, so I posted it!

Ah, yes, autumn, when the trees blush at the thought of stripping naked in public. ~Robert Brault

Beautiful shots Sylvia. You are an inspiration to me in your "I'm going to post it anyway" attitude. I post lots of pics with reflections, powerlines, power poles and such. I just go with it.

I especially love the fading mountains in the last one!

You do take some gorgeous sunsets - and find some cool quotes! I really like the one about the trees blushing! Very cool! Hope the rain has let up by now.

The weather here has been perfect; highs in the 70s or 80s and down in the 50s at night with tons of sunshine. It's why we live in Florida! :)

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
