Sorry, Sylvia ... we all miss Sam, but I know your heart aches for him. I wonder if there isn't an older, already housebroken dog in a shelter somewhere that could share some of Sammy's place in your heart. You would be good for each other.
It is so good to have you back, even in an abreviated manner. Sure hope your Christmas is full of joy and you can leave these blogging issues behind you for a few days. Merry Christmas, Sylvia ... you are the best!

I remember Sam, you must miss him. That's a great old shot of him. I'm glad you figured out what was wrong with your computer - trust yourself, not some techie. Merry Christmas, Sylvia.

Aw, I can imagine just how much you miss him! We still miss our Golden and she died 3 and 1/2 years ago.

Today, though, I would have given you my cat. She's been on my desk laying on my work, stepping on my keyboards, whining to get in my lap, batting my hands if I try to do any computing, pretty much a big pain in the ass.

But she's so darn cute! :)

Oh, I wish you had your Sam. I still get sad thinking about it.

I am glad however that you are back on the air, so to speak.

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
