I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! May you all have a fantastic weekend!

"Hi Mom, How are you?"

"Hi Sally, where are you? I thought you were with your father at the Ace Hardware"

"Yeah we were, but I got arrested, and they've let me make one phone call"

"What happened?"

"Oh, I punched this African-American woman in the head."

"What on earth?! Why did you do that?!"

"Well it wasn't my fault. Dad told me to find a Black & Decker."

What is it about your world that makes you smile or laugh or feel grateful for?

As some of you know, I'm not a shopper, but I always hope that the trips each week will provide some photo ops -- even at malls and here in Seattle I haven't been disappointed. This past week we went to an outlet mall that shares an area with one of the many casinos here. I spent about fifteen minutes in the outlet mall -- which was the biggest I've even seen!!! Then I headed outside to take a look at the surrounding area and I wasn't disappointed! Can you believe that even a McDonalds had a lovely outside eating area with a fountain!!! Ah, Seattle!! And the last couple of shots today were taken at home as I get more settled in.

Hope you all have a wonderful week filled with love and laughter -- and, yes, I do know that it is getting harder to find a great deal to laugh about, but it's always worth the effort!

We've had a wonderful variety of skies this past week, from gray and pouring rain, to enormous, fluffy white clouds and beautiful sunsets!  Doesn't get much better than these! And as I sit here at my desk watching the day draw to a close I realize once again how very blessed and fortunate I am! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Enjoy! This isn't V for Vice!  It's the V for Victory day and we have plenty of Vacancies on our Varsity team!  We want to hear your Vibrant Voice! quoting your Very own Verses. So, find a Vehicle -- maybe a Van and load it up with Vegetables and Violets in  Vases so we can feed and reward everyone when Valentine's Day rolls around again! Ah, we do love V Days, so dress up in some Vibrant colors!  You can wear a Velvet Vest,  or hide behind a Veil, but be sure to bring your Violin and your Visa card -- that's Vital! And here are my Vintage V words for the day, Vases and Violets, View, Vines, Vegetables! And they are all mine, Googie Boy!!

I seriously dislike shopping and avoid malls like the plague, however, one of our trips last week was to Redmond and I had never been there and hoped perhaps I would discover another lovely park like I did in Bellevue earlier.  Well, there was no park, but I have to admit the Redmond Town Center was a delightful place even if you don't like to shop!!  So, today I'm taking you on a tour of the Town Center! I did have a delicious, reasonably priced lunch and bought a book -- I do like Borders. The remainder of the time there was taking pictures. Hope you enjoy them!

The sun was shining yesterday and Mom took me for extra walks and, oh, wow! I was so tired, I just fell asleep on the floor, couldn't even crawl into my bed!! But I still had my Big Bird toy to sleep with!

It was fun though! Hope we can do it again today!!  Oh, and by the way, I don't want to hear any remarks about my belly!!! I'm an elderly gentleman who is entitled to have one!!
