What beautiful pictures, Sylvia. Looks like a wonderful place to spend time. I loved the article below on how much money Sarah is spending on clothes, etc. If she was for real she would be shopping at Target, Kohls, etc. where Joe Sixpack shops and would have refused to spend that kind of money on her clothes.

Oh my goodness! This is so beautiful! I can see why so many people in California are trying to move up to Oregon.

fun sea photos, reminds me that the coast still exists as we live inland in the dry desert but there is beauty everyhere.

I'm not an "ocean guy," but I now suspect that's because Cape Cod isn't Puget Sound!

Amazing photographs, Sylvia!

Thank you for the wonderful tour. This 2nd week of meme really makes us appreciate the many places that we don't usually see or ever had a chance to visit like the one you showed me in this post. Hope you get to have time to check my world too. Another great job and more to come in the coming weeks.

Oh I so love the water no matter where it is. There is something about the coastline that makes things alright with the world. The sea and the beach have a healing quality I think.

Did you take these pictures - they are incredible. I love the island one. In three weeks I will be on a beach in Thailand - cannot wait! I hope one day I get to visti at least one of these places you have shown us - fingers crossed!

Oh, wow! Just breathtaking! I've never been to your area, but you're making me want to plan a trip there. Isn't that the area that Debbie Macomber, the author, lives in and writes about in her women's fiction novels? Gorgeous!

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
