What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that.
Someone told me that there's all kinds of viruses and malware lurking in the mass-forwarded emails we all get, and since then I've told everyone who sends me one to take my email address straight off their list please. One of my nieces has never spoken to me again (what-ever) but I haven't had any virus trouble since then either. So maybe there's something to it?
Aargh...how infuriating.

I bought an external drive to store my photos, and I make sure I back up my blog too.

Sylvia, Iam so sorry, dear....but I know what u say it cause I had the same problem...I lost all the photos that I have taken and the clients were so angry..
I did not lose only the photos...but 2 clients...

Sorry to hear about the virus attack Sylvia, and that it's going to take so long to get it fixed.
I had a really nasty attack about this same time last year, it took me all day to get everything back to normal. After that I upgraded my antivirus program and have had no problems since.
Oh no, what a terrible shame. I can't stand that people feel inclined to develop such horrible things.
Why do some clever people do such unpleasant things?
