Those are fantastic skies! I especially love the popcorn in the first one, and the sun and clouds reflecting off the water as that's something I can't see in my part of the world. And thanks for hosting SWF, my favorite meme!

Beautiful skies, the wit of Mark Twain and the wisdom of Lee Jampolsky, what more could one want to start the day? Except, perhaps, a cup of coffee to go with it.

Your sky photos are just stunning, Sylvia. And Mark Twain always hits the mark, doesn't he?

Sylvia, your first image of clouds puts me in mind of the tufts from a dandelion floating off into the next paddock.

I am so glad you have your car back. I found I had to give up my licence last year, and gave my car to my daughter. It took some getting used to, but I go everywhere by public transport now.

I hope you have a lovely weekend.

I love the sunset over the ocean! I enjoyed your quotes again!

Wow, Sylvia, I don't know what to say. So many beautiful sky shots. But I think I have to agree with the previous comment -- I think I like the second one best -- what a wonderful twisted column of cloud.

Love your water and sun reflection, brilliant and the simple elegance of a wisp of cloud, almost looks like a chain cloud going into heaven. Lovely. Have a safe and fun weekend~

Wonderful skies, but I get a feel of fall from them - perhaps I'm just paranoid and in denial - I'm not ready for the end of summer!!!

Was it something serious? Is your car a happy chappy now???
Mine had to have a CV joint replaced. A Merzedes or Caddie it isn't but it is Y little set of wheels and I did miss it while it was having surgery.

Happy days my dear!
