ABC Wednesday - O!

Got your dictionary out? You ready to play with the letters? It's that time again! ABC Wednesday is hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt and the ABC team: Denise, Annelie, Leslie, Nathalie, Joyce, Donna, Helen, Roger, Troy, Jay, Barb, Gattina and me!

Oh! Did you know that today is the O Day? Let's all go sit under the Oak tree and be Obedient to our Obligation -- in some cases Obsession, with the letter of the day. Can't be Oblivious to the Occasion! No time to be Obsolete or Obstinate! This is like the O Olympics! We're here to Offer wisdom to Others! To be Objective in our Observations! And these are some of my more Obvious Offerings for the O Day! O is for Olympians from ancient Greece, for Oranges, Ocelots, Oak trees, Opossum, Otters and Oriole!
And all the photos except the Otters are courtesy of Google!

We have a enormous old oak tree right above our summer cottage, so I have a soft spot for oaks. On the other hand, I drink tons of orange juice...

I love the otters. I've seen spots on the ocean that I'm told are otters, but I've only ever seen them up close in the Seattle Zoo. Must go back to see them again soon.
Beautiful selection of photos, even if you didn't take them all.

A collection of beautiful things, I can't decide which I like best, the collage takes the eye from one to the other and then round again.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company.
