Sky Watch Friday!

Time to share your skies, the beauty over your world, the clouds, the colors! Sky Watch is hosted each week by Klaus and the Sky Watch team of Klaus, Sandy, Wren and me. Join us and the many people from all over the world who share theirs with us each week! Click on the post title to be taken to the SWF website where you can sign up. We've had a little of everything -- not just this week, but every day!!

God works wonders now and then; Behold a lawyer, an honest man.
Benjamin Franklin
Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain and most fools do.
Benjamin Franklin
A man wrapped up in himself makes a very small bundle.
Benjamin Franklin
A learned blockhead is a greater blockhead than an ignorant one.
Benjamin Franklin
A countryman between two lawyers is like a fish between two cats.
Benjamin Franklin

I posted this  next quote last week and lo and behold four days later I got a confirmation from Mother/Father Nature!!!  Yep, it's apparently true!!  And from both of them!! Just to make certain I got the message, I guess!!
Read Winter as nature's way of saying, "Up yours."
Robert Byrne

Wonderful sky shots. Looks as if you have been having some good weather. That last shot is too funny!

Another beautiful collection of skies, Sylvia and of course a laugh from that last one.
I noticed the butterfly badge and could not help but reflect on the first Bishop High production we saw, many years ago, "I never saw another butterfly". It was a surprising choice for such a conservative community and very moving. The drama teacher was progressive in her choice of plays, several years later our younger son was in a production there of "Twelve Angrey Men".

Your skies are so wintery and that last one says it all, BAM, you got me right in the orchestra pit!

Your support means so much too me, do let me know how you are getting on.

Blessings, Arija

LOL! Nature giving you "the finger"...:-))

Great pics, Sylvia. You managed to get those colours just right. Oh, and sorry for spelling "colours" instead of "colors". I had English at school and not American English so I can't help myself...;-)

Enjoy your weekend!

Ben Franklin is spot on, if a little heavy on sarcasm... I like to see the positive side of things: the last pick is Mother Nature giving us the Hawaiian greeting, "Mahalo!" ;-P

I really like the whispy clouds in these iamges - and as every I like the plane - it gives a depth to the picture.
