The color of the sunset sky in your first two photos is absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful captures. I also like your last photo of the coast under that clear blue sky.

Gorgeous skies as always, Sylvia, especially those first two. Send some of your rain our way, we've got dangerously dry conditions; this week we even had a wildfire within the town limits!
Socrates was a smart man who I doubt has yet been superceded in wisdom … even though we knew so much less about our planet during his time. I love the top photos and noticed that the sky we share from a distance was equally spectacular. The daytime sky was a prelude to the later stunning scene.
The Cosby quote made me laugh!!
NCAA tournament time here in Tulsa. I didn't buy tickets but I'm going to walk around in the crowd at lunch.

Lovely color in those first two Sylvia. Today is predicted to be the one dry day in a long series of wet ones. I've too much to do for my camera to take advantage of the weather so my archives will have to see me through for a while. My photo a day for "Around California" is proving to be more of a challange than I had expected.

Awesome series. Those first two shots so full of striking color are gorgeous. All of them are beautiful and the quotes superb, but the fire in one and two is superbly captured.
Glad you got your St Patrick's day green in with that last photo! But I wouldn't have wanted to miss the others which are so lovely.
