Weekend Reflections

Weekend Reflections is hosted by James each week beginning Friday at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. It's another wonderful way of opening your eyes to new and different kinds of beauty. Click on the web address under the blog title and sign up to play with us!   Things are a little better weather wise -- at least on Wednesday and Thursday, now back to to gray! But I am getting excited about my upcoming move into my own place, so I'll forgive the weatherman and do the best I can to entertain you just a bit!!

That's quite a stick Mojo is trying to retrieve.

I knew dogs love stick, but this one has really special taste... My Gosh, I would like to be his master : throwing that thing must be the best way to get James's disease... :D

I like also very much all the other picture : so pretty, as usual !

Superb photographs and wonderful quotes accompanying them. Thee dog shot is awesome...how can that guy do that? Amazing. My favorite of the series is the one with the pink flamingos. They are my favorites.

Hi Sylvia....I just love seeing your wonderful collection of photos for the weekend reflections. What a dog...gives new meaning to 'Carry A Big Stick'. The red vase on the lace is just gorgeous...such a mood setting shot! And the sunset on the water....it's the best.....loooove it.
Thanks for stopping by and seeing the Waterlilies....can you believe such a beautiful place in SanAngelo, Texas. I was so excited to find it when I moved here. I go every year and take more photos as the lilies are different every season. The are replanted every year as they don't make it through the winter. It's a huge undertaking and people come from all over the world to see the exhibit during September!
Have a great weekend....and you are moving? I hope that goes well.

The photo of the dog trying to retrieve that log made me laugh. I love the Einstein quote, a great partition between the rational and the emotional.

Take care Sylvia. I'm worn out from my day off yesterday. We are building a new raised bed in the back yard for a "pizza garden" and I schlepped a bunch of dirt from the front yard to the back.

These are awesome as usual...the first very different...loved the last reflection...Have a great weekend. :)

Great reflections and quotes you've chosen to accompany them. The shot of the vase is great and the over-achieving/obsessive dog made me chuckle. I've known a few of those canines.
