ABC Wednesday - D!

Got your dictionary out? You ready to play with the letters? It's that time again! ABC Wednesday is hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt and the ABC team: Denise, Annelie, Leslie, Nathalie, Joyce, Donna, Helen, Roger, Troy, Jay, Barb and Gattina! And guess what? It's that day again!  It's ABC Wednesday!!

Darn! I nearly forgot! It's the D Day! I Declare the Daily Dallying has taken its toll! I've been Dashing around Dancing  and Debating from Dawn to Dusk, Decorating the Deck -- even in the Dark, making Deals! I DDeclare I have been Distracted! So here are my D words for the Day! There's Doggie and Daddy, Dahlias and Daffodils, Dreaming Ducks and Doggie on the Deck! And Damn! I Did it! And without you Daddy Google!!

Oh, what a fabulous collection of "D"s and so glad that you put it in such a lovely collage. I love the splashes of color of the dahlias and daffodils mixed with your son and his pup.

Well now what happened to my comment, in case it is lost forever out in cyber space, I mentioned how much I liked your variety of Ds for the day, but especially like the one of the doggie on deck, it looks like he is ready to sail off into the sunset.

I must say you did a Dandy job without Sir Google. Such pretty daffodills and daliahs. Love the soft yellow.
Your friend in Mumbui did an amazing job on your header. Beautiful.

Daffodils and dahlias are a nice combination of the two ends of the flowering year. Our council's gardeners have dense planted dahlias in our park, what a marvellous sight.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
