Shadow Shot Sunday!

Get out the magnifying glass, get into your best sleuthing clothes and start prowling your environment looking for those wonderful, but sometimes elusive shadows. This fun and challenging meme is hosted each week by Tracy over at Hey Harriet! Click on the link under the blog title and sign up to play!!

Our sun has definitely found another place to shine and it is rainy, chilly and gray! So, back to the files! Hope you all enjoy a great weekend!  Turn off the TV, shred the newspaper, put on some of your favorite music and find as many reasons to laugh as you can!
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we
could have a paradise in a few years.  Bertrand Russell

The Tiffany style glass and the amber stemware make for artistic shadows! The vase is a superb ruby and on the bottom, is that a conch? What ever is may be, the golden/amber glow is a stunner!

As you know, Sylvia, your penchant for colored glass shadows is rubbing off on other bloggers!

SHADOW, SHADOW

Shadow, shadow, if I could,
I would meet you in the wood,
Where the frenzied fairies play
In the blazing light of day.

But, dear shadow, I dare not
Go to that secluded spot,
For I fear the woodland path
And what’s more, the fairies’ wrath!

The coloured glass radiates light from the shadows cast! Especially love the multi-coloured glass and its shadow! Like a mini stained glass window! And adore your smiling face in the clouds in the header!

I love these beautiful shadows with color, especially in the first. They remind me of my beginnings in photography back in 1987. Jo you a link to one of those photos if you want to watch it. I wish you a happy weekend.
