Sky Watch Friday!!

Time to share your skies, the beauty over your world, the clouds, the colors! Sky Watch is hosted each week by  the Sky Watch team of  Sandy and I. And this week as every week, we remember Klaus and know that he joins us in spirit! Join us and the many people from all over the world who share theirs with us each week!
Hope all of you have a beautiful weekend! I will, I'm celebrating # 79 on Saturday!!! Did I say celebrate???? Ah, well, guess it's better than the alternative!

Beauty isn't worth thinking about; what's important is your mind. You don't want a fifty-dollar haircut on a fifty-cent head.

A huge Happy Birthday for Saturday, I'll think of you kicking up your heels and celebrating!! You will be forever young Sylvia, it's your sense of humour that does it, it's so very attractive and doesn't cost a thing. I do like Eleanor Roosevelts's teabag theory haha!Have a fabulous birthday.

Happy birthday! The red sunset was most beautiful and the wisdom below was fun too. Sometimes it is truly easier not to ask anything because the answer is usually not what I wanted.

I relate a bit to much to the fifty dollar hair cut on a fifty cent head.
Years ago a lady was cutting my hair and she was asking me how I wanted it cut. I was beginning to lose my hair by then. Her advice was go with what's happening. Since then I have always had fairly short hair. So, yes my fifty dollar hair cuts are long in the past.
Great pictures and amazing color! Good work.

The photos and quotes (Robert Frost's made me laugh) are wonderful as always, but that crimson sky just takes centre stage.

The Garrision Keillor line cracked me up! It probably
explains why so many of our politicians have sharp haircuts!

That last 'red' picture is great.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company.
