Sky Watch Friday!!

Time to share your skies, the beauty over your world, the clouds, the colors! Sky Watch is hosted each week by  the Sky Watch team of  Sandy and I. And this week as every week, we remember Klaus and know that he joins us in spirit! Join us and the many people from all over the world who share theirs with us each week!
The only gift is a portion of thyself.

The unselfish effort to bring cheer to others will be the beginning of a happier life for ourselves.

Lovely captures, as usual, Sylvia. But I hear from another blogger that your skies recently have been filled with haze from distant fires.

Three brilliant ways to end the day. Your header picture is also brilliant. Bullfighting is a travesty so if your smiling face can deter the bulls from getting it between the shoulders, go for it!

Beautiful photos and quotes for the day Sylvia.

We are going to be in Seattle next week. I guess we are doing it all, Mariners Game, Whale Watching out by the San Juan Islands, Mount Ranier, and I have an appointment at the Geocaching dot com headquarters that I may or may not make depending on what the family is doing.

It's a kind of miracle how you always choose such wonderful quotes to go with your pictures. Thank you so much for that and for hosting SWF, still my favorite place in blogland!!

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
