Evening, Wisdom, Beauty and Just a Tad of Humor!!

The fact that I can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another's, smile at someone and receive a smile in return, are to me continual spiritual exercises.

Three different subjects, each heart winning and I forget to read the quotes. :)

Beautiful photos and fun quotes for the day, Sylvia. We are indeed lucky we don't live on the east coast, although my father lives on the north shore of Long Island and had a tree fall onto the house and through the roof. Fortunately everyone's okay.

Love, love, love your new header! It is fabulous!

And your photos are splendid in every respect.

Re the comment by the cat: I don't think, from the pictures I've seen, that Halloween would be any different in a nudist colony. Thing is, most folks wouldn't need a costume. They could walk around "as is."

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
