I hope they ducked!
Thank you for the comment - a bit of Seattle spring would have been nice (I have experienced it) :-)

I agree with your take on the turtles....you ducks, SCAT!!! And that sunset...drop dead beautiful.Sylvia, I am always amazed at your quotes as I am my eclass teacher Kim Klassen. Is there any special place to go to find varied quotes of what I all "a high quality" without going through all the silly ones I so often find. All I know are The Quote GArden and Brainy Quotes. My Bartlett's Quotation Book is not grouped according to subject matter. I always try to take some part of my post and apply a quote to it, but it is really hard. Any suggestions. genie

The turtles and ducks are sharing today? Hmmm. Not so well I'm guessing. Lovely warm sky.

What a lovely reflective sunset!

Speaking of ducks and turtles, I think the ducks would lose the fight as the turtles can simply stick in their heads and wait until the ducks leave! :)

Good on the terrapins for defending their log. Grant saw a terrapin in a pool of water some time ago. Although he took me back to the spot, it had left. I love your first image too and will get to the mine early tomorrow morning to try and capture some weekend reflections. I hope your weekend is going well. Greetings Jo

Lovely orange sun in the first photo. Amusing seeing the tortoises protecting their log from the invaders! A good capture.
