Happy Sea Critters!

An afternoon with some sea critters! I'm not sure about them, but I had fun!!

Even if happiness forgets you a little bit, never completely forget about it.  Jacques Prévert

The most wasted of all days is that in which we have not laughed.  Nicolas Chamfort, translated from French

What frivolous looking fish, clad in transparent silk strips doing their dance of the seven veils.
Such fun shots Sylvial.
So that is what you do on a rainy day, get even wetter and go diving in the tropics.
Hope you have a sunny weekend.

Great aquarium shots! The sheer number of varieties of sea creatures is mind-boggling.

Lionfish are bad bad bad. They have invaded the water near my winter home in Naples, Florida. The problem is that they eat everything, taking away food needed by the native fish.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
