One Quiet Moment!!

Nature never hurries. Atom by atom, little by little she
     achieves her work.

I've been reading this, and  repeating this over and over the past couple of days!!!

That Mumbai friend of yours is really amazing. I just checked out that link to her headers. How does she ever come up with those ideas? Wow!

So happy to see you settling in, Sylvia.

Oh, so good to see you back online! Hope you've managed to settle in and get your connection sorted out. Looking forward to seeing photos of your new home and area.

This is a lovely peaceful shot.

Losing connection is a trying experience, for sure. I hope you get all the bugs worked out soon. Good thing nature doesn't rely in the internet.

If that's a sky from Oregon, it looks very similar ... beautiful !
I see you finally moved, I missed it, because I was on a tour around the UK for 9 days in total and am only back since 3 days.
I am curious to see more of your new place. Good to know that you love it !

Beautiful Sylvia.... And that is correct. Nature just does its own thing... Spring was LATE for us this year --and I was impatient.. BUT--now, the flowers are gorgeous.

Hugs,
Betsy

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
