Our World!

Time to share our world !! Ours here in Portland is so incredibly beautiful as Nature decided to enjoy Spring early! We’ve had such wonderful mild temperatures, blossoming flowers and trees leafing out everywhere!!  I love it!! Time for a visit to the parks!! And fortunately, there is this one only blocks from where I live!!! Hope all of you have a wonderful new week!!

Spring is nature's way of saying, 'Let's party!'
Robin Williams

Spring is when you feel like whistling even with a shoe full of slush. ~Doug Larson

Hope all of you have a beautiful week!!!

How lovely for you to have spring already! I think I see pink buds in that first shot.

No signs of spring here! Reading Robin Williams' quote makes me wish again that he could have seen himself as we saw him- a glorious and wonderful man.

How gorgeous, Sylvia - you're lucky to have that so close. It's been winter here for two weeks nonstop - snow, very little sun, and very cold. I guess we had to pay for all the nice weather earlier in the winter!

Your trees are dancing in the sunshine, Sylvia - and a blooming one, too!

Can I order some of your chocolate? ;)
Thank you for sharing your spring! Spring is also coming here although there is a cold wind blowing over our open and flat land. But when the sun appears everything brightens up.
I wish you a lovely week.

Very lovely trees. Spring is coming if the snow decided to melt here but apparently it calls for more snow afternoon and to-night going into to-morrow.

So nice to see your part of the world.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
